Baseline it.
Overhaul it.

Practical operations consulting for growing small businesses that need clearer processes, stronger execution, and a better view of what’s happening.

One recurring headache is enough to start.

The B.O.G. Method

Hire one,
or all three.

The B.O.G. Method

Bogged down?
There’s a method for that.

Three steps, one for each thing we do. Hire us for the one you need, or take all three. When you take all three, we measure again at the end so you can see the difference.

B

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Baseline it

Know what’s happening. Know where to act.

Turn scattered spreadsheets and business data into clear reports and dashboards that show what needs attention.

  • Less repetitive, manual reporting
  • Measures that answer useful questions
  • A clearer view of workload and results

Good on its own when you’re running on gut feel, or on reports nobody trusts.

Visibility into the things that matter: jobs, revenue, staffing, quality, or backlog.

O

Process Improvement

Overhaul it

Make everyday work easier to manage.

We map how work actually happens, find unnecessary steps, and fix the handoffs that lead to delays, rework, and recurring mistakes.

  • Clear steps and responsibilities
  • Fewer repeat errors and bottlenecks
  • Workflows your team can follow

Good on its own when you know which process is the problem and want it fixed.

Proven methods, including Lean Six Sigma. Practical changes your business can use.

G

Project Execution

Get it done

Get important work across the finish line.

Important projects shouldn’t depend on the owner remembering everything. We organize the work, establish ownership, and keep deadlines and issues visible.

  • A workable plan and clear owners
  • Coordination and steady follow-through
  • Risks raised before work stalls

Good on its own when you’ve decided on a change and need someone to see it through.

Project management that keeps work moving and reduces the need to chase updates.

Not sure where to start? Start with an Operations Checkup.

Start small

Start with an Operations Checkup.

Pick the one process that causes the most trouble. We spend half a day watching how it actually runs, then give you a short written report: what’s going wrong, why, and what we’d change.

The price is fixed and the Checkup stands on its own. You don’t need a larger engagement to get something useful.

Introductory price

$495 fixed, for one process

  • A discovery call, 30–60 minutes
  • One half-day visit, 3–4 hours on site
  • A short written report with findings and recommendations
  • A 30–60 minute walkthrough of the report

One Checkup covers one process. Anything larger is quoted separately, before any work begins.

Inside the Checkup

Your Operations Checkup, from start to finish.

Every step has a time limit, so you know what you’re paying for and how much of your day it takes.

01

Discovery call

30–60 minutes

You describe what keeps going wrong. We agree on the one process to look at and set a date for the visit.

02

Half-day visit

3–4 hours on site

We watch the work as it actually happens and talk with the people who do it.

03

Written report

Within 5 business days of the visit

A short report: the process as it runs today, where time or information gets lost, and what we recommend changing.

04

Walkthrough

30–60 minutes

We go through the report together and answer your questions, so you can act on it with or without us.

If the Checkup turns up a fix worth making, we’ll quote it as a separate project. There’s no obligation to continue.
